I thought this would be an easy way to post some family updates for those that want to keep track of our growing family...yes that's right, we are expecting baby #3 in early May. Jacob just turned 1 on October 2nd, so the two of them will be about 18 months apart. Caleb's birthday is May 24, so we'll have three little ones under the age of 4 for a few weeks. Should be an interesting summer next year.
We had quite a busy, fun-filled summer of 2008. We took a trip to New York City at the beginning of May. We spent a full week in downtown Manhattan and had an absolute blast. We made a couple trips to Holiday World with the boys (Caleb has told us "We need to go there again" more than a few times. )
We recently spent a couple days in St. Louis in September going to a Cardinals game, the zoo and Grant's Farm. Caleb even got his first batting practice ball....finally....courtesy of Reds pitcher Daniel Herrera.
I spent a whole lot of hours on the road training for my first ever marathon. I have been raising money for Gunner Gillespie as he battles a brain tumor. The marathon is November 1st in Indianapolis. (www.freewebs.com/marathon4gunner). With about 3 weeks to go, I have raised $7,000.
